FOUNDATIONS AND STRUCTURE

Foundations and structure of reinforced concrete according to the existing legal regulations. Unidirectional floor framing, enforced compression layer of 5 cm of concrete and wire mesh and the earthing system that transfers a possible electrical charge outside of the residential area.

COVERINGS

The covering of the solarium will be flat and passable. It will be constructed gradient, with waterproofing, isolation materials and the floor finishing of ceramic tiles appropriate for exteriors. The solarium will be surrounded by glass railing.
The covering of installations will have the same configuration as the covering of solarium, it will not be passable and will be finished by a layer of gravel.

FACADES AND FENCE

Facades will be covered with the premium quality ceramic material. Benidorm is the most visited tourist resort on the Costa Blanca coast of Spain.

With the fifth largest population in the Alicante province, Benidorm is located 45 kilometers northeast of the city of Alicante, and just south of Altea.It is the central destination on the Costa Blanca with it’s dominant skyline sometimes being called the “Manhattan of Spain” due to the high-rise tower blocks. If you are looking for a no-frills holiday to Benidorm, a package holiday is usually your best option for finding a cheap holiday deal and is ideal for pensioners and OAP’s looking for some winter sun at a cheap and reasonable price.
